Desolation + Tombstone: New Halo 2 maps no mod?

Did bungie do something to the new halo 2 maps desolation and tombstone so that we can't mod them? The Map Resigner program wont find the signature, even though I fixed signature in dothalo too.

Also, i'm using a xbox, not 360.

PLEASE HELP!
